Without going into the minutia; Despite 25 years of loyalty to Rallye, they were more concerned about a few dollars for a Fedex rather than the client experience. The managers in service are useless. After servicing my car for nearly 10 years I was told that that I needed to purchase two new tires since they no longer carried my tire. I found the tire and had it delivered to me in 3 days. They would that that I needed to purchase two new tires since they no longer carried my tire. I found the tire and had it delivered to me in 3 days. They would not mount a "customer's" tire. Having worked for Porsche - Audi in the service department and know parts can be located for loyal customers. Rallye obviously is interested more in the bottom line, than care for the customers which make their jobs possible. More

The wind whistling noice is a basic manufacturing flaw, and I will probably no longer purchase MB again after being a customer for thirty five years (new car every 3). They were unable to fix, but did everything they could. Rallye is great. Mercedes Benz manufacturing standards collapsing to lows not reflective of their nameplate is the huge problem. More
