I was disappointed this last visit to get brakes. My tire pressure censors were fine when I brought it in. Next day I started getting check the sensors. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The dealership lacked communication and professionalism. My car was towed in on a Friday, and I was told it would be looked at by Monday or Tuesday. The dealership lacked communication and professionalism. My car was towed in on a Friday, and I was told it would be looked at by Monday or Tuesday. It wasn’t checked until the following Friday, with no updates or clear expectations. I received no text messages or phone calls regarding my vehicle until my car went through diagnostics. My car wasn’t ready until the next following Friday. I repeatedly called and often got voicemail. When I expressed concerns about needing my only vehicle to get to work, the response was dismissive with no apology or explanation. My car ended up being there for two weeks, which was unacceptable. Ashley from the dealership called afterwards asking if I was satisfied with my experience. I voiced the same concern. She was also dismissive and said there were other cars in front of me waiting for services and diagnostics. She claimed that is a normal timeframe. More
