This is the first time I’ve leased and my first electric vehicle. I strolled in unannounced at opening time and was impressed by their having an i4 in stock and that we were into a test drive in minutes. G vehicle. I strolled in unannounced at opening time and was impressed by their having an i4 in stock and that we were into a test drive in minutes. Gavin is intuitive and professional and he provided the options I needed to support what I am convinced is going to be the most rewarding automotive deco I’ve ever made. I am a fairly deliberate early adopter yet had imagined I was a year or two away from going electric. However, after driving the i4, it was really a matter of how, not when. I am convinced that the staff at Galleria have my back while I learn to take advantage of all this amazing car has to offer as I rely on it for my 110 mile round trip daily commute over the next 3 years. Overall, the best major dealership experience I have had. More
