When we brought our vehicle in for a auto body repair, we were given an estimate. When we dropped off the vehicle for the repair, the technician noted that the quote was for the wrong vehicle type and that were given an estimate. When we dropped off the vehicle for the repair, the technician noted that the quote was for the wrong vehicle type and that the price would be $1600.00 more than the original estimate. When I spoke we the manager, she stated that the price was an "estimate" since they may encounter unforeseen issues. Though I understand how additional costs may occur based on unforeseen issues, I do not understand how quoting the price based on an error in your estimate (vehicle type) constitutes an "unforeseen" issue. This show a total lack of integrity on the part of your team. More

Brand new truck paid for every package Paint upgrade, Brand new truck paid for every package Paint upgrade, fabric guard bumper to bumper. After I drove home before paint protection was put I noticed Brand new truck paid for every package Paint upgrade, fabric guard bumper to bumper. After I drove home before paint protection was put I noticed some paint damage on door. Went back right to let them know. Great people noted it was likely from the wrapping when shipping they will take care of when they do paint protection. First week goes by I call to see when work will be complete. Assured they will call me. I stopped by three days later. Oh still waiting on paint. Finally had a call and dropped off today. Your here for Paint protection ? Yes and chipped paint. No one wrote down or person did not look. Handed key to loaner and off I go to jump in loaner. No directions on to operate the xxxx car. Nothing no help very disappointing. 5 minutes later I was on my way. Truck looks awesome by the way. Should have know when had issues getting a hold of sales. More
