While Lake Ford did a great job repairing my car, I had to bring it back to have additional collision work done. I feel that the body shop should’ve called me to let me know more repair work was needed ra to bring it back to have additional collision work done. I feel that the body shop should’ve called me to let me know more repair work was needed rather than me finding it on my own. They did fix the additional issues but it was inconvenient for me to bring my car back. More

Fantastic, Gena Sanchez and her crew are exceptional folks. I had my 2016 Ford Explorer portered as I do every year. It looks and smells like new. I was given a loaner car for the time my vehicle was be folks. I had my 2016 Ford Explorer portered as I do every year. It looks and smells like new. I was given a loaner car for the time my vehicle was being serviced. When I picked my vehicle up I noticed a nail in the center of the tread. Gena offered to repair it but I looked at the other tires wear and decided to go over to the service center while I was there. I explained my situation to Craig my service advisor whom I've had since I bought my vehicle and he checked to see if tires were available and suggested an alignment. His service guys couldn't do it that day due to vacations and short handed crew. Craig called Gena to get the loaner back all went like clock work. The next day my vehicle was ready four new tires and alignment, as I said in the beginning FANTASTIC no muss and no fuss just efficient, all around customer service by everyone More

Lake made my hit and run collision claim relatively painless. Brad was professional and took good care of me from my initial meeting until the work was completed and I picked up my 2014 F150. The body shop did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with how the truck looks. Plus they detailed my truck both inside and out! I recently purchased a Ford Edge and had an amazing experience. Santiago Anaya was so easy to work with. The collision people were very professional and welcoming; they made it much easier because they dealt with USAA directly.
