Started in the automotive business in 1974, I was the very 1st female lot tech in Cincinnati Ohio. I made sure every vehicle was clean and ready to go. Had the opportunity to work in the service dept. as well. I learned how to change oil, rustproofing, undercoating and buffing a vehicle. Later on moved to installing stereo's. From there started in sales and the rest is history.....

The sales person, Joe, was very easy to talk to and bent over backwards to help. I wanted to buy out my leased car under less than encouraging circumstances.
