Geneva in Sales literally took care of everything for me from her first phone call until she waved me goodbye as I drove off the lot in my new car. She listened to what I needed and delivered!! Geneva went above and beyond, made me feel like VIP, explained everything along the way, and even helped me learn and program my new vehicle. Caleb the General Sales Manager and Ken in Finance took great care of me too, made everything stress free, got me a better apr than I was expecting, and gave me more for my trade in than I asked for!! Brian in Service has always taken great care of me with my former Jetta!! That’s what made me want to purchase with Lokey and I am so glad I did! All I can say is the experience was great. I literally needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sen needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sent me as much information and pictures as possible. She kept us up to date and did a fabulous job of working with me through the entire process. You all know that seeing the car and test-driving the car, in-person, cannot be replaced with pictures.
