Started in the automotive business in 1974, I was the very 1st female lot tech in Cincinnati Ohio. I made sure every vehicle was clean and ready to go. Had the opportunity to work in the service dept. as well. I learned how to change oil, rustproofing, undercoating and buffing a vehicle. Later on moved to installing stereo's. From there started in sales and the rest is history.....

The best automobile buying experience that I have ever had. Geneva was very responsive and transparent on her texts before I even showed up to the dealership. Once my wife and I went to look at the car an had. Geneva was very responsive and transparent on her texts before I even showed up to the dealership. Geneva was fantastic. We just went in to test drive a couple of vehicles. Not really in the market since my lease was not up yet but she made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. She was very patient as I was asking for a certain color and interior. The Sales Manager, Doug Ramirez, was able to find the vehicle I wanted and got it to the dealership the same day with a payment that was very affordable. Great service. Geneva made sure I got a nice gift bag with a T-shirt for me and my husband and some other goodies. That was a nice touch. Thank you Lokey Volkswagen! More
