After waiting several weeks for my initial appointment a new backup camera had to be ordered. Once it came in I had to wait 2 more weeks for it to be installed. It was installed on Friday August 19th and st new backup camera had to be ordered. Once it came in I had to wait 2 more weeks for it to be installed. It was installed on Friday August 19th and stopped working on Sunday August 21st. I called this morning and spoke to Geoff and after I described the problem he said, “Hmmm” and said that the earliest I can come in is September 2nd! I know this isn’t a life or death issue, but it is annoying. I will be even more annoyed if on the 2nd I am told that poorer parts need to be ordered! More
