We decided it was time to look into buying a new car so I started my search. I stumbled across a super cute Camry on CARFAX so I went ahead and went to the dealers site. Upon sending my message to see detail started my search. I stumbled across a super cute Camry on CARFAX so I went ahead and went to the dealers site. Upon sending my message to see details on the trade in I was quickly helped by Becka. She right away knew the Camry I was mentioning and was super helpful about how I can get that car. My husband is not a fan of spending money but something about Becka made him start to quickly decide yes let’s go tomorrow! Mind you we live in Roseburg.. Not just oh let’s go down the road and check this out. When we arrived it was kind of strange that nobody was outside to greet us but we shrugged it off. Then we found Becka. Super chill and calm we loved her. She is super knowledgeable about what she does. A few things came up that none of us could have planned with our trade in. We waited to see what could be done so George was helping and super busy trying to make sure we can have the best options. The trade in was in the shop and my drink was in there. Becka went to the shop and retrieved it for me so sweetly. Ok things get ironed out and a plan starts getting a future to it. Becka continually was making sure everything was moving in the correct direction. When everything was finished she had so super cutely brought my new cute car into the building ready to be handed over and be mine! Let me just say I saw many other sales people while there and I am so glad I got Becka. She’s down to earth just another human like us all and didn’t make us feel like she was superior. Seems like it would be a normal way to be as a human but many people do not treat you as you are equal people. I am happy that we chose the distance to drive to purchase at Toyota of Gladstone and have the opportunity to work with Becka and George. Their kindness and compassion really did make the difference in our experience. After doing my research for a new Toyota I landed on Toyota of Gladstone for a test drive of a Toyota Crown Signia. I submitted a request to schedule a test drive and was contacted by Carl Chestnut shor Toyota of Gladstone for a test drive of a Toyota Crown Signia. I submitted a request to schedule a test drive and was contacted by Carl Chestnut shortly after to sort things out. Carl was super easy to work with over the phone, email and through their portal. I decided to put a down payment on the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I was able to complete a large portion of the paper work digitally. I continued doing my research on my end, and looked at a few other local dealerships, but none of them were close to the price of the vehicle I was looking at. When test drive day came, Carl and the dealership had the car ready for me, and had it held in the show room. After the test drive I was 1000% sure that was the car I was after. It was a busy Saturday, but I wasn't in a rush, and Carl stayed with me the whole time while we were getting things ready. Carl is a very personable salesman, and we had a nice conversation. When it came time to do the finical side of things I worked with Dusty Call. Dusty was again very nice and personable. We had a nice chat while getting the paper work going. I can't speak to the actual financing side of the process since I didn't do that through the dealership. But dusty did his due diligence for his side, explaining the steps and process. He also went over the extended warranty options/tiers and costs. I did decline, and I did not feel like it was a push or hard sell. I really appreciated that. It took a little bit longer than expected to get me out the door on the way home, but I was in no way bothered or disappointed in the time it took. They were fairly busy, but I felt like I was considered and attended too through the entire process. Even the Manager, George, who I met briefly was nice and remembered when I was initially signing in, that this was my first new car in 20+ years. Over all I had a great experience with Toyota of Gladstone. I was able to get an excellent price on the car I had researched for several months. And the whole process was essentially painless and mostly handled digitally before I even got to the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Carl Chestnut and Dusty Call for folks visiting Gladstone. I'm sure their other staff are just as good, but those two helped me have a great experience! More
