The service that I've received from this dealership was Awesome. I've been communicating with Wilsonville Toyota & Gladstone Toyota with my car purchase. Wilsonville Toyota did not fight for my service. Al Awesome. I've been communicating with Wilsonville Toyota & Gladstone Toyota with my car purchase. Wilsonville Toyota did not fight for my service. All they were concerned was pushing me into a vehicle with their financial obligation and not mines. Unacceptable. Gladstone Toyota was persistent on helping me from the start to finish. Lina and George communicated with me for nearly a month to get me into a vehicle with my financial affordability and rate. They are both the best. I highly recommended Gladstone Toyota. 5 STARS THANK YOU, Lina Kusumowati, Annie Marjanen & George Abboud!! More

I came out to Gladstone Toyota to look at a used Tacoma. They made every effort to put together a deal that worked for me on the truck. Felt a bit more pressure from the sales team than I would like to, however that is extremely common in any commission based sales environment. I don't believe I'll come here again. More

Nan was awesome! Very easy to work with & did not pressure us at all. She allowed us to test drive alone which was nice because we could talk freely about the truck. Brian in Finance was awesome & took the time to review options for lease vs purchase & he didn’t try to push the extra random warranties for paint chips, tires, etc. He Just showed us the cost & what it included. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone again. More
