I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment for the works package on my F150. Two hours later I ended up going to the service desk. I could see my truck was appeared to have been ready for quite some t works package on my F150. Two hours later I ended up going to the service desk. I could see my truck was appeared to have been ready for quite some time. The person who should have been communicating with me was no where to be found. A second service representative helped me check out. I didn’t appreciate having to wait two hours and probably would have waited even longer if I hadn’t acted on my own. More
