I appreciate the friendly and quick service I receive when I go to the quick change oil lane for service. I believe that the personnel working there have a good working knowledge of the subjects relevant when I go to the quick change oil lane for service. HOWEVER, during my most recent visit for our 2018 Ford Edge, an issue came up regarding tread depth. The information I was provided resulted in questions on my part. Unfortunately, the persons I had to deal with were unable to provide answers and moreover, made no effort to find someone who could answer my questions. I was clearly not satisfied with what I was being told, so it would have been appropriate to find someone to talk with me. This is a serious issue, so it’s not going away. More
