Stopped in to check out the Kicks, Aaron was very pleasant and helpful, he had George come in and help me with some questions. My plans were to just check it out, butttttttttt I ended up leasing. You see the lease was going to be up in June on my Sentra which I got from Walser in Coon Rapids, MN so I had planned on going back there. But after talking with Aaron and George I felt very comfortable, they answered all my questions and more. Anyway I walked out of there leasing a new Kicks, I pick it up today or tomorrow, they had a little trouble finding the color I wanted. After I decided on a vehicle, George, the service manage, evaluated my trade-in right away and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. However, I decided to take a day to think about the purchase. When I decided to move forward, I called Aaron and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, my new car was waiting for me at the front door. All washed, shined, and ready to go. The business office took me in right away and conducted a pressure-free closing. All and all, this was a really great experience. The staff was very friendly professional. This was actually my second purchase from this dealership. I’m sure I’ll be back again! More
