Hi Felicia, as Morgan informed you last week, our service department generally works by appointments only. This is why when you stopped in without an appointment and asked if someone could look at your tire to see if it had a leak, you were told that it would be a few hours before someone could look at it. We do not feel that Morgan was making excuses for our staff, she simply gave you information about our service departments poilcies. We are happy to assist anyone who makes an appointment or who has the ability to wait. Thanks!
