Would give zero stars if possible. Incredibly rude service. George was unwilling to work with us on purchasing the car and was incredibly disrespectful. Do not go to Bob Baker and definitely do not do service. George was unwilling to work with us on purchasing the car and was incredibly disrespectful. I almost didn’t end up with Bob Baker because they do not take pre-orders to reserve the vehicle we wanted. Luckily for us, they received a shipment which included the one we wanted. When we arrived we talke take pre-orders to reserve the vehicle we wanted. Luckily for us, they received a shipment which included the one we wanted. When we arrived we talked about the price which had been quoted us and we found acceptable - no haggling whatsoever. Paperwork was completed and we drove away within an hour. Their process was a breath of fresh air compared to the archaic process my wife and I have been through so many times in the past with other dealers. More
