Questionable dealer practices with dealer options pre installed. This is a faith based organization, truly doubt there integrity. Loan application submitted for alleged different xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx using an old credit application a month after the purchase of the Toyota Pruis Prime with my social security number without my authorization, subsequently sent to a several loan brokering companies, requesting proof of income, insurance, address and other personal items (Still working through that). As a result, my credit score dropped 89 points, and remained even though xxxxxxx had to have someone write a letter to all three credit bureaus advised them to remove the inquiry because it was an incorrect credit application submitted. That is why we always use xxxxxx credit. On July 03, 2019, xxxxxx xxxxxxx stated we could be arrested and charged with a felony, accused us for not paying a $3000.00 down payment. We actually paid in cash. Gccccc corrected the problem with the paperwork. It was on the Toyota Prius. Were you aware of these issues, this could have been a huge fraud issue and lawsuit. (See Screen shots) A sample review from a customer on Aug 06, 2025, last paragraph could be considered physical altercation by the management . During the meeting, I began explaining the issues and mentioned that I had video documentation on my phone. While speaking, I was repeatedly interrupted by the overall service manager, who disputed my account and forcefully yelled STOP at me multiple times. He removed his glasses, pointed them at me in a threatening manner, and falsely accused me of pointing at him. I remained calm and asked him to address me respectfully, but he continued his aggressive behavior. At one point, my wife politely requested he say Excuse me before interrupting again. His response was to stand up, wave his hand in her face, and angrily shout at her to Stop and shut up. He then yelled that they would not service our vehicle any further and ordered us to leave, stating he would retrieve the vehicle himself. Once he left the room, we tried to regain composure and continue the discussion, but moments later he returned and, without warning, threw the car keys at me, striking me in the left arm.(Physical Assault) The salesman, service advisor and the GM gave me their own personal cell phone numbers. I let the Service lead use my Polaris Slingshot. GM failed to take into account cards, cheese and wine and good review. Over several years. Because of my attitude I was accused of repeated pattern of verbal attack. We all get attitudes when dealing with car dealers While we value all of our guests and genuinely appreciate long-standing relationships, the repeated pattern of contentious behavior over several years—including insults and inappropriate messages directed toward our staff, at times on their personal phones—has made it clear that continuing our business relationship is no longer feasible. We have an obligation to maintain a professional and respectful environment for our team and for all customers. Look for hidden add on especially in finance department. Our family has purchased over 11 cars from these guys. What ever you do not sign the arbitration clause agreement. It’s designed to protect the dealership.
