Unfortunately, the vehicle of interest was a bit over budget at every dealership... but that didn't stop RYAN TRAURIG and Sales Manager George May from making the day right! It all started when I caught a glimpse of a Black on black 2016 4Runner XP. For a guy - that is one amazing looking machine but my wife was not crazy about it - so as a grandpa... we kept pushing for the Highlander - again... numbers were just not working out. I took a stroll around the lot and there it was ... a Super White with Black rims 4Runner XP - basically, in short... it was all over. Between Ryan's terrific customer service and George's persistent - "never give up" attitude... numbers finally fit the budget (and then some) and WOW! These guys at Beaver Toyota have the customer's best interest at heart! Satisfaction is definitely what they strive for and accomplished. My wife is from Japan and this is the type of service typically expected at car dealerships in Japan! Then onto the twin brothers, George and Jerry May. They are a hoot. Ended with the very nice business manager, Bill Laman. I gave Mike and Linda Beaver a copy of my book, Tall Performance from Short Organizations Through We/Me Power and told them they could have written the book because they bought a distressed agency and turned up its performance in just two years!
