A great experience from start to finish! I found the car we were looking for online the first day it was posted at Beaver Toyota. The listing said "call for price" which I would normally ove I found the car we were looking for online the first day it was posted at Beaver Toyota. The listing said "call for price" which I would normally overlook but the location led me to make the call. Robert Barton answered the phone and assured me he would have answers to my questions in a short time. 30 minutes later he had all the specs, price and availability to show the vehicle two hours later. The lot and lobby were very clean and everyone was friendly. The car had just come in as a trade but we were able to test drive and arrange another look the following day after all detailing and inspections were complete. When we returned to the dealership, with our two children in tow, Robert was there to greet us and give us a second look at the car. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The staff at Beaver included our kids and made sure they were comfortable too. Working with Robert and George on the price was excellent and the paperwork process was much less drawn out than the last dealership we purchased a car from. My husband and I had a great experience overall experience and would recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone looking for new or used car. More

On the way back home, my wife suggested Beaver Toyota the one dealership we had not considered. The target a 2015 or 2016 HIGHLANDER . Unfortunately, the vehicle of interest was a bit over budget at every dealership... but that didn't stop RYAN TRAURIG and Sales Manager George May from making the day right! It all started when I caught a glimpse of a Black on black 2016 4Runner XP. For a guy - that is one amazing looking machine but my wife was not crazy about it - so as a grandpa... we kept pushing for the Highlander - again... numbers were just not working out. I took a stroll around the lot and there it was ... a Super White with Black rims 4Runner XP - basically, in short... it was all over. Between Ryan's terrific customer service and George's persistent - "never give up" attitude... numbers finally fit the budget (and then some) and WOW! These guys at Beaver Toyota have the customer's best interest at heart! Satisfaction is definitely what they strive for and accomplished. My wife is from Japan and this is the type of service typically expected at car dealerships in Japan! They will do whatever it takes to earn your business - all while enjoying the moment and making the customer feel at ease. Never before have we had so much fun at a dealership than at Beaver Toyota, St. Augustine. Our escort was the youthful, very knowledgeable and personable Torie Benoit. She's a gem. Then onto the twin brothers, George and Jerry May. They are a hoot. Ended with the very nice business manager, Bill Laman. I gave Mike and Linda Beaver a copy of my book, Tall Performance from Short Organizations Through We/Me Power and told them they could have written the book because they bought a distressed agency and turned up its performance in just two years! Their motto is "arrive as a guest and leave as family." Sounds corny maybe, but it's absolutely true. Mrs. Brumback and I are now members of the entire Beaver Toyota St. Augustine Family!
