Wow, these people are amazing. From the friendly getting on arrival, very accurate time estimate, beautiful customer lounge with complimentary sandwiches, donuts, coffee, and they were grilling complimentary hot dogs with chips and sodas out front. They have a little putting green out front, wifi, comfy chairs, dog treats and water for my pup. Got me out to the minute of my estimate. And every single employee I encountered was amazingly friendly. They even hand washed my car with Kayak on the roof! I can't gush enough about the place. My next Toyota will be purchased there and all my service for my 2014 rav4 will be done there. LOVE this place!!!! More

Very Satisfied My wife and I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and when we did we immediately traded in our Toyota Prius V to Beaver Toyota for a new mode My wife and I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and when we did we immediately traded in our Toyota Prius V to Beaver Toyota for a new model due to the mileage accrued on our 2013 model because of our search for housing and the move that we made ourselves using the Prius V in the move. Not being from the area we felt well received by Beaver Toyota and ultimately got a new Prius V. Beaver Toyota has since done all of the maintenance that they said that they would and the sales staff is very receptive. I recently (yesterday) traded in the new Prius V for a used car. My wife purchased a car from Beaver Toyota as well. We have purchased our cars from them because they are in the business of selling cars and they will try to help you to buy a car so that they can achieve their goals...............and yours, by selling you a car. Our extended family's experiences with Toyota vehicles has been very good. They did well in tough Vermont conditions. So there definitely was a bias toward Toyota. However, we did our homework through web searches and by listening for about a year to neighbors. We considered other makes and local dealers. We had narrowed our choices for a mini-SUV down to a few. On a trip to Beaver to service our thirteen year old Tacoma we met with Doug Miller, sales rep. Doug answered our questions without belittling the competition. George May negotiated a mutually acceptable deal on our trade in. Daniel Marshall answered questions about warranties, He completed paper work and off we went in a Rav4. More

Best Car Buying Experience Around. My Wife and I had a great experience with Brian K and the team over there at Beaver Toyota. We took a trip up to Jacksonville and saw a 2011 Highlande My Wife and I had a great experience with Brian K and the team over there at Beaver Toyota. We took a trip up to Jacksonville and saw a 2011 Highlander that was featured online. The interior condition was a mess as well as the outside. I don't see how a company would allow a car in that condition on the lot. Gave a call to Brian K. who we bought our previous Toyota from and took a look at the exact vehicle in a different color. Was like night and day. Its apparent that Beaver takes the time to make sure cars are in pristine condition (as much as possible) before allowing them on there sales lot. Its those little things that you notice when purchasing from Beaver. Brian was great to work with again and he really shows a sense of pride working for Toyota. He knows all the ins and outs of the vehicles and is not pushy like some car salesman tend to be. He's not looking to just "close the deal". He wants to make sure this is the right vehicle for our needs and build a long term buying relationship. You can tell he takes his position seriously and went out of his way to help us make the deal happen. Not only that but once the deal was done, he made sure to set up all of the electronics and so we did not have to mess with it once we got home. Most salesman neglect the follow up once the deal is done, not Brian. George May was a pleasure to work with as well. Again, didn't push anything on us but made sure the car was right for us and the price worked for both parties. Daniel Marshall helped us in Finance for the second time and provided us with a great rate and made sure we were aware of all of our warranty options. Really went out of his way once again to make everything worked out smoothly. Really can't say enough about this dealership. As a business owner, you can tell when a place is cutting corners or just doesn't care for the customer more than making the next dollar. Beaver Toyota is NOT one of those places. They really care about the customer and providing top notch customer service and sales. When the time comes for a new vehicle in the future, this will be the place we go. Thanks for not only an outstanding vehicle but an overall great buying experience. More
