Let me start by saying we intended to purchase a Toyota Grand Highlander from Beaver Toyota based on its 5 star rating. Rodney was excellent. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us Grand Highlander from Beaver Toyota based on its 5 star rating. Rodney was excellent. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us every car that applied and told us things we didn’t even know, although we had researched the vehicle. He then brought us a drive out price. I personally thought it was higher than what I had researched. Eventually, a guy named Jerry May came to talk with us. Through my past experiences, I figured he was there to negotiate a final price. Apparently he wasn’t. After explaining that “he had set up a dealership in Cumming , Georgia and other rambling, he asked us what other cars we were considering and we told him we were also researching Lexus’s. I gave him the sheet with the price and asked him what would be final drive out price on the vehicle. His response…”That’s it”. My thoughts at the time was “if he wasn’t going to discuss a final price, then why was he there”? So I still wonder WHY WAS HE THERE? I don’t want to disparage the guy but added nothing to the purchasing of the vehicle. He came across, to me, as condescending and unprofessional. Finally, we said there was nothing left to be said. Rodney told us goodbye before we departed. Results: This morning we closed on a 2025 TX 350 FOR $2000 more than was quoted for the Highlander. My only regret is that Rodney lost a sale to his manager. Jerry kemp More

Beaver Toyota and especially our salesman Ned Alnuaimi define true professionalism. I am 65 and have dealt with probably 15 dealerships from CA to FL. I can truly say that this was the best car buying ex define true professionalism. I am 65 and have dealt with probably 15 dealerships from CA to FL. I can truly say that this was the best car buying experience I have had in 45 years of buying vehicles from dealerships. Ned is easy going, open and honest. There was no high pressure from his manager, George May or Robert Madonna in Finance. Negotiation of course, but kept at a very professional level where at the end, we all felt the deal was more than fair, shook hands and left with smiles. This was not the closest dealership to us but, well worth the extra miles for how seamlessly the entire process was from start to finish. needless to say, Beaver Toyota has earned our future business. More
