My husband and I just purchased our second vehicle from Bourne's, it was a great experience! We worked with Tori Gourdin in Sales for both vehicles and she is wonderful! Extremely patient and never felt Bourne's, it was a great experience! We worked with Tori Gourdin in Sales for both vehicles and she is wonderful! Extremely patient and never felt any pressure, was willing to work with us with selections and always had the vehicles in the lot when we said we were coming by to test drive. It has been a year between purchases but Tori remembered us as soon as I emailed her, great customer service! High energy and very helpful! She makes you feel comfortable while you're there, and we always had a few laughs with her. I have already and will continue to recommend friends and family see Tori at Bourne's if looking for a vehicle. The finance department was wonderful too, also never any pressure from George Mead, just the options. Very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions whether about the finances or even the vehicle. More
