Everyone walks into a dealership skeptical, thinking they’ll be rushed, thinking they’ll get ripped off. I walked in only to meet Tre Hubbard and this guy was the best. Give him a raise! George in Finan they’ll be rushed, thinking they’ll get ripped off. I walked in only to meet Tre Hubbard and this guy was the best. Give him a raise! George in Financing walked me through everything and it was a closed deal! I felt comfortable every step of the way. I got exactly what I was looking for and more. Look no further when it comes to buying a vehicle. Jose was the sweetener at the end who took this photo. Everything was fast, with courtesy and made me feel like I was family. First Car for a Young Driver I went in to Bourne on a whim because I saw a car on Carfax that looked nice. They were very nice to just let me walk in without calling ahead to say I went in to Bourne on a whim because I saw a car on Carfax that looked nice. They were very nice to just let me walk in without calling ahead to say I was coming, and saw me right away. Tori was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me look at a few other cars that were in their inventory that I may have liked. It was easy to get in contact with her and I was able leave with my car within the week. It was really great dealing with George too. There was an accidental mistake on my finance papers and he called me the same day I signed to let me know the mistake and made sure it was fixed before I left with the car. Bourne is definitely the first place I will go to when I need another car. More

I hate buying cars. I love Bourne’s. I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited over the phone and spent less than an hour at the dealer. Bourne’s uses a no haggle price approach and at least for me t 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited over the phone and spent less than an hour at the dealer. Bourne’s uses a no haggle price approach and at least for me the price was the best I could find and I searched nationally for well over 40 hours online looking at hundreds if not thousands of vehicles in multiple cities. I could not find a better deal anywhere. I got a Jeep with less than 20,000 miles at more than $10,000 off of the original sticker. Most jeeps with higher mileage were more like $7000-$8000 off original sticker. I dealt with Emmett Royster who was great. I talk to Emmett several times and became comfortable with him the dealership and the vehicle I wanted. I said I wanted the car but could not get there for several days as he was more than an hour away from home. He suggested I give him a credit card and confirmed ID and he held the car for me with no pressure. He said I could come any day but Wednesday as that was his day off. As it would happen I wanted to visit on Wednesday. He agreed to come in for some time on his day off. When I arrived the car was out front and ready for me to inspect and test drive. After the drive the paper work had already been completed based on info exchanged over the phone. Since we had discussed extended warranty over the phone I was in and out of finance office in five minutes with zero pressure to buy anything extra. We picked up the car the next day after Emmett took care of registration and coordination with my insurance broker. Easy, efficient and friendly just as it should be but seldom is when buying a car. More

Went looking for a specific GMC Acadia. We emailed them to tell them we were interested. Not only did they have the vehicle readily available they were prompt, courteous and professional.
