Silverado 1500 Bourne's is a great dealership. The transaction was quick and easy. We walked into the dealership and was greeted by a friendly staff and also salesma Bourne's is a great dealership. He brought us over to his desk and I explained we wanted to look at 2 Silverados. One was on site and the other was at the storing lot. During test driving of the 1st Silverado Greg had the 2nd one waiting for us to drive when we arrived back. We told him we would go home and think it over. We felt no pressure to buy the vehicle that second(which I loved). He explained the fully refundable deposit they offer. We declined went home and came back 2 days later(due to kids sports we couldn't get there the next day). I put down the deposit at 1030 and explained I would like all the paperwork done by 2 so we could sign & drive. We arrived back at 4 & left the lot at 4:30 with truck. Greg had everything all set up for the transaction to be smooth and easy. It was a great experience and would definitely be back for the next vehicle we would purchase. Thank you again! More
