Great service but poor detailing on pickup. Very friendly sales and finance staff that make you feel comfortable with a no pressure experience. Car was ready when I showed up to look at it. Communication afterwards by Sales to me to get car ready for sale was great. Upon pickup after sale, rims were dirty but Sales requested detailers to correct it. Afterwards, I thought the detaiers could have done a better job detailing the rims and car overall, but I brought it to a car wash to correct issue. Other than that pickup issue, I strongly recommend Bourne's Auto Center. More
