Fast and Easy As soon as I walked in, Trey greeted me with a smile and got right to work on finding me a new car. Trey was knowledgeable, professional, funny, and an overall pleasure to work with. As soon as I found a car I liked, he directed me over to George for financing. George went over various payment options and helped me find the right one for me. I never once felt pressured to go with anything I didn't feel comfortable with. The next day, the process was completed within 30 minutes. In two quick visits I had a new car. 11/10 would do again! Thanks again Trey and George for a wonderful easy experience!!! More

When one appeared to be available at Bourne’s, for an unbelievable price, we travelled great lengths to see and test drive it. The car more than met our expectations. But the experience of buying the car at Bourne’s was indescribable. Tori was the warm and professional person that walked us through the process start to finish George, the finance professional, completed the deal with us, like we were old friends for ,whom he wanted to go the distance. All in all, I’d say, the people at Bourne’s were the ones who really went great lengths for us! More

Love my new car! Sue was great from the very start. I test drove about 5 different cars trying to find one that fit me perfectly. She was calling down cars from the ot Sue was great from the very start. I test drove about 5 different cars trying to find one that fit me perfectly. She was calling down cars from the other location for a few hours for me. Sue was patient and so accommodating. I came back a couple of days later and drove another 3 cars! She didn't blink an eye and was great even when I decided on one of the cars we sent back. Our last contact was George in the finance room. He was excellent and patient and explained everything so well and made us comfortable with our purchase. All-in-all, our experience at Bourne's was great and we'll go back again for sure. More

No hassle, no pressure Shopping for a car is generally not thought of as something people look forward. But my experience here are Bourne's was awesome. Kim, my Sales Asso Shopping for a car is generally not thought of as something people look forward. But my experience here are Bourne's was awesome. Kim, my Sales Associate, was very pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure sales tactics and she was very friendly. After working with Kim, George explained the Warranty options in a very honest and straightforward way. Once again, no sales tactics, just the right information for me to make an informed decision. He was patient and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience....the best I've ever had in car shopping. More

Very good car buying experience! After my car was totaled in an accident I visited another local Honda dealership before coming to Bourne’s in search of a replacement for my CRV. The difference in the quality of the two dealerships was night and day. At Bourne’s, I liked that I was able to see the dealer inventory online before arriving at the dealership and also was able to place a deposit to hold the vehicle that I was interested in. I also liked that I was able to test drive the car on my own so that I could determine if I wanted to purchase this vehicle without feeling as if there was a salesperson watching me. The stats on the vehicle were presented and the purchase process was explained well. There were no discrepancies between the pictures and information posted about the vehicle and what was described to me in person. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and there was no pressure to make a decision right away. When I found a couple of small issues wrong with the car I wanted to buy, they made every effort to repair them before purchase. The way the car was presented, at test drive and again when it was time to drive it home, very clean and well detailed was also great and an important step that shows this dealership takes pride in their work. I also appreciate that the title and tag were taken care of there on the premises. Thank you for making this transaction as smooth as it could be, especially when I did not want to have to buy a car in the first place. So far I am happy with my purchase and will be returning to the service department soon to have those small issues addressed. Based on our interactions, I highly recommend Bourne’s Auto Center. More
