Professional all the way! Buying a vehicle has always seemed needlessly stressful to me with all the hedging, negotiating and "I'll go ask my manager" lines going back and fort Buying a vehicle has always seemed needlessly stressful to me with all the hedging, negotiating and "I'll go ask my manager" lines going back and forth during a "deal." Therefore I tend to avoid the who process and drive my cars forever. This year, however, I decided to search online first to narrow my search for a vehicle, do the research about the car myself and then test drive the car. During my test drive, I arranged for a mechanic to inspect the vehicle for anything I would not have seen or known about this used vehicle. I've never had the pleasure of driving an Audi vehicle, so this was my first experience at Audi of Des Moines. From the internet search on the Audi of Des Moines website to see photos of the vehicle, to the phone call to schedule a test drive to the sales person who educated me about the vehicle to his manager, Todd Watters, who was available to respond to my concerns promptly, transparently and reasonably. All persons were extremely polite, professional and reasonable. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, another sales person (Elvis, perhaps) even said "Welcome Back!" which was unexpected and appreciated. So thank you for making this a genuinely positive and professional experience. More
