Until now my experience has been good. Frustrated. First I love my car and have felt well served until recently. However I have an unresolved issue with my S5 and feel like i now have no recourse to g First I love my car and have felt well served until recently. However I have an unresolved issue with my S5 and feel like i now have no recourse to get it resolved even though the car is still under warrantee. The car intermittently and unpredictable will not start. Turns on but does not engage the starter. When it occurs and u jump it ....it starts immediately. I’ve had the car in twice now for service and each time it is returned with no fix and no idea of next steps. When I asked what next to get this resolved I was told I should call Audi USA. ??? Lithia is my dealer...shouldn’t you be calling Audi?? I have been told there are no codes and no service bulletins on the issue. I have provided a video of what the car does when the issue occurs. I know the tech was not able to recreate the problem. I get this is a challenge but I have seen no other solutions presented. Try something. Replace a computer or battery or something but telling me this is my problem and to call Audi is not acceptable. Disappointed and hopeful this will be resolved. I love the car....accept for this. More
