Of course I have again not yet received a follow up to date as I mentioned above. They do not want to make anything "right" with the customer, only "appear" to with a public response that they do, yet, privately, do nothing to follow up. I would certainly not expect from the GM of a dealership... perhaps the car salesmen as that's what they are known for, but not a general manager if he really wanted his dealership to be reputable. Says a LOT about this one. But, how would one know if they were just dealing with on the internet, only the locals would truly be able to offer the truth.
