Was sold a CPO with only one key. Was told at time of sale the dealership would find the key and deliver it. Days after the sale I was told the car actually only came with one key aft Was told at time of sale the dealership would find the key and deliver it. Days after the sale I was told the car actually only came with one key after they “checked the paperwork “. However I never saw or signed any paperwork to this effect. Dealership refused to provide a second key. If a CPO is missing an item clearly listed on the inspection checklist, the buyer must be made aware prior to the sale, otherwise, why would it count as a CPO? The second key will cost hundreds of dollars to replace. More
