It was exactly what we wanted, so now the hard part - negotiating (don't we all dread this!). But it wasn't bad at all - they really listened and worked hard to get us to a place where we were able to get what we wanted at the price that we needed. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had - they are absolutely fantasic! The second we parked, we were greeted by an extremely friendly and inviting sales person, Kyler and his associate, George. We never felt pushed or rushed into anything. Kyler was extremely knowledgeable and showed us great features on the car during the test drive. When we said we wanted to sleep on it, they didn't push back or say that we would lose the car. We are extremely satisfied with our service and our new Subaru!!!! More
