That was the beginning of a great experience for us. He was very attentive and sincere about answering our questions and making sure what we wanted was met. Whether it was the style, color or options that we weren't even aware of, he made sure we were informed. We were with him for several hours that afternoon and never felt rushed or pressured; if anything we were having FUN looking for the vehicle that met our criteria. Kyler knew more than we expected about Subaru's and shared his knowledge willingly. He was conscientious about not making us feel overwhelmed and that was quite a feat as we are by no means "techno savvy". We also met with his manager, George, and he too was very friendly and made us feel that whatever it took, they would work to satisfy us. What a great day! We ended up signing for a car that was to be delivered on Monday, due to color choice, and that too was "no problem." We have to set up an appointment with Brittany to further review our techno questions and are looking forward to that, too. More

I knew after months of research that a Subaru would be my next vehicle, but continue to discover even more features, both safety & luxury that my new Forester Sport has to offer- as base options to boot! The staff at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff from the warm greeting we received from Diane in the sales division to the sales managers, George & Mike, to Shelby the business mgr. in finance all the way up to the GM, Mark made buying my 8th vehicle (I have some experience to compare this to) a smooth, seamless & exciting experience. They each went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & confidence throughout the process. I can honestly say the word pressure can not in any way be associated with this transaction, but rather positive, enthusiasm & certainty. I’m not one to usually take the time to write a review, but this store & staff genuinely deserve the accolades. I am grateful this store is within 30 mins of where I live & I get that convenience for all of the future services, but even if it were further, I’d go the distance because of the immaculate, comfortable facilities, competence & commitment to satisfaction that exudes collectively from each person I encountered at this store. I’m not only a loyal Subaru owner now & for the future, but I will gladly & confidently refer my family & friends who want an incredible vehicle & an exceptional buying process to the Subaru Superstore of Surprise. My advice- go get yours there too- you won’t be disappointed, you’ll be glad you did! More

Glen and Brandon along with team of mechanics worked diligently to figure out why the "check engine" light kept coming on, eliminating one issue after another. When I finally agreed with my husband to consider another Forester, Michael introduced himself to us. It was a pleasure working with Micheal. He patiently dealt with our questions regarding repairing our 2012 Forester, purchasing a pre-owned verses a new Forester. After making decision to purchase new, he searched for the color we preferred so we wouldn't have to settle for a white one the dealership had on hand. If was actually fun working through the finances and various warranty and options packages with Shelby Lane. Brittany Story introduced us to the many new features that did not exist in our 2012 model before sending us off. We really appreciate how seamless the employees work together. More

It was exactly what we wanted, so now the hard part - negotiating (don't we all dread this!). But it wasn't bad at all - they really listened and worked hard to get us to a place where we were able to get what we wanted at the price that we needed. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had - they are absolutely fantasic!
