At no time was anything stated that if the car was sold before the plan was used, you money wasn't refunded to you. After having the car for a couple of months, we quickly realized it wasn't a very good car. We went out and bought a BMW, a much better car and a much, much better buying experience. Crown Audi had the worst customer experience of any car we ever bought, which is surprising,since you would figure you are supposed to be buying a upscale car and that would also include upgraded customer service, neither one proved to be the case.Don't waste your money or time at Crown, you will be sorry. If you still want to buy a Audi, Audi of Tampa is a much better choice. More

George was so responsive and helpful in getting us comfortable with the A7, that we made the transaction without having to leave the east coast. It all was done by Internet, and personal attention immediately by phone or Text or Email!. He put a lot of time and energy finding the car, even out of state, sent us photos and co-ordinated everything, making it a wonderful experience from start to finish.
