He expedited the process, answered all of my questions directly, and was a pleasure to work with. He got me an answer on pricing within 10 minutes of my first call, and within 3 hours I went into the dealership and left with a new car. Thanks George! I have had a few minor and hard to notice at first look issues with my new car (some of them should not be on a brand new vehicle but things happen to cars waiting in the lot). These issues have been identified during the first 3-4 days when I had more time to inspect the car in detail after the sale. Luis helped me with all of those with his best attitude. That's how you win customers and keep the recurring ones. The opposite attitude will do the opposite. However, the sale itself and the car demo at the end of the sale was a different story and I cannot say the same positive things. Thank you very much Luis and George for all of your help! I know who to go to next time at OC (HB/Tustin) Mazda! More
