When the truck arrived on his lot, he even took photos and sent them to us as it was several days before we could get there. The purchase experience was very smooth and pleasant. Brand new Edge, transmission went out in just 3 weeks Jerry Johnson did a great job working with us to find the exact vehicle we wanted, and also helped out with a couple of issues we had with the finance Jerry Johnson did a great job working with us to find the exact vehicle we wanted, and also helped out with a couple of issues we had with the finance department. However, since our new car had a major breakdown just 3 weeks after we bought it, we cannot recommend any Ford dealer at this time because we don't trust Ford's reliability right now. Maybe if we have no further major issues with our Edge, we will slowly regain trust in the brand but right now we don't recommend it. It doesn't help that it took the service department almost 3 weeks to repair the vehicle. More
