I bought a 2018 Toyota Sienna that had trim damage on the bumper hidden. The corner of the bumper was wedged in and came out when driving in my neighborhood after I brought it home. Dealership definitely ready to sell you a vehicle, and get you financed regardless of your history. They give you a chance to build your credit back up. Had a few issues, I did buy the car as is, but within 4 days the battery was shot. It was a 3 year old battery. I messaged the guy just to see if they could help (didn't expect them to say yes) but got no response which sucked. Before that i had an issue with the fuses and sat 2 hours waiting on them to fix it but they couldn't figure it out. I figured it out in 30 seconds on Google. I could of done that instead of going up there, but it was the principle, i had just bought it. Customer service while buying the vehicle 5 stars, but any issues with it your on your own. More
