This is the worst car purchase experience of my life. We a new truck 5 days ago for $92,000 and it has broken down at one point or another every day since. The salesman was good until we signed, then not very helpful. The sales manager has offered virtually nothing to help with us. Other dealers along our path have been far greater help. Avoid Lithia Ford in Boise. They don’t care at all about loyal Ford customers. More
