Buying our MDX from Crown Acura was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. The dealership, overall, is outstanding- personable staff, spotlessly clean and a robust inventory. We definitely made the right choice of dealership. Gillian Barnes was our salesperson. She is exemplary in EVERY aspect of assisting us through the car buying experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Acura line. Any question we had, however offbeat or detailed, she had an answer. Her knowledge of the MDX made our decision to purchase the vehicle a "slam dunk." On the day of the purchase, she walked us through step by step what was going on and what the subsequent steps would be. Before we left the lot, she walked us through each of the electronic systems (navigation, security, entertainment, etc.) and ensured we were comfortable with each before we drove off the lot. As is if all of this wasn't enough, she offered to come to our home in the event we had any issues as we got used to the SUV. We have NEVER had a salesperson offer that level of personalized service.
