The knowledge she brings to the process far exceeds anyone else in the business. Gillian took so much time with me, making sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new car. Gillian followed up with me the next day to make certain I was still completely satisfied with my decision. Offering to come to my home to sync up my garage door opener just to be certain that every detail of my car buying experience had been exceeded speaks to the integrity, dedication and commitment of her outstanding customer service! Purchasing an automobile during a pandemic can be terrifying. I can assure you, not if you are dealing with Crown Acura! The cleanliness and dedication to each persons safety was not taken lightly! Gillian Barnes was nothing short of amazing from start to finish getting us into our 2018 MDX. Buying our MDX from Crown My husband and I have had many car buying experiences in our time together. Some were good; others left lots to be desired. Buying our MDX from Crown Acura was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. The dealership, overall, is outstanding- personable staff, spotlessly clean and a robust inventory. We definitely made the right choice of dealership. Gillian Barnes was our salesperson. She is exemplary in EVERY aspect of assisting us through the car buying experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Acura line. Any question we had, however offbeat or detailed, she had an answer. Her knowledge of the MDX made our decision to purchase the vehicle a "slam dunk." On the day of the purchase, she walked us through step by step what was going on and what the subsequent steps would be. Before we left the lot, she walked us through each of the electronic systems (navigation, security, entertainment, etc.) and ensured we were comfortable with each before we drove off the lot. As is if all of this wasn't enough, she offered to come to our home in the event we had any issues as we got used to the SUV. We have NEVER had a salesperson offer that level of personalized service. Her upbeat, positive professional demeanor made her an absolute delight to work with through the sales process! We cannot recommend her highly enough.
