Exceptional Service, Quality and Integrity I went to Crown Acura for my first oil change in my new Acura RDX after scheduling online. I was promptly greeted by John Shaw. I felt like I had just run into an old friend. He listened to my concerns along with some time constraints I had that day and made an extraordinary effort to make sure my car was done on time. When I came back to pick up my car after service my sales rep Gillian Barnes recognized my name from the service appointment and showed up to say hi as well. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my car and now a great visit with John Shaw in the service department.
