Going into a dealership is typically not a fun thing, sales associates bombard you and pressure you. Not Gillian, Sophie or anyone else at Crown. I was even able to do everything over the phone. I explained what I wanted and Gillian gave me all of my options. She text me all the information I needed, suggested the best pricing option for me and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and in the end delivered me a beautiful Acura MDX and I am so happy with it. John Pearson is the sales manager and he is always a pleasure to do business with. I love Crown Acura and I wish there were more dealerships that do business the way they do. Dealerships need more “Gillians” and “Sophies” because customer service doesn’t get get better than them.
