I was told mu warranty work would take 4 to 5 days which ended up taking almost 3 weeks. I expressed my concern to the service manager on Friday the 13th at which time he told me he or the service represen ended up taking almost 3 weeks. In addition I was going to have the 40,000 service done but told the service rep to call me prior to it being done which I was not contacted nor was the rear differential fluid changed which is part of the 40,000 mile service… Also the tire rotation portion of the service was not done properly.as the spare tire was not incorporated into the rotation. More

This dealership is full of dysfunctional team of people from top to bottom . I had the worst experience of car purchase there. I purchased a brand new car for hitch had some issues, so I had to drop it off from top to bottom . I had the worst experience of car purchase there. I purchased a brand new car for hitch had some issues, so I had to drop it off there. They kept the car for one week without anyone trying to contact and update me on the situation. I called and left several voicemails but in vain. I got my car back after one week and realized that the problem is still unsolved . It’s been 3 weeks now since I purchased the car and believe me they have not given me the purchase papers. No one there takes responsibility carefully , all they want is to sell people cars. My sincere suggestion of all, please stay away from this dealership. Thanks More
