Had my car towed there. I brought my car in for front end vibration when braking at high speeds. I was told it could be rear brakes. I knew I needed rear brakes, but I was not going to get them done at the time. I left my car o at high speeds. I was told it could be rear brakes. I knew I needed rear brakes, but I was not going to get them done at the time. I left my car overnight. They supposedly checked my car and indicated I indeed needed rear brakes. I picked up my car the next day and as soon as I accelerated and started braking. SAME PROBLEM. No one could've road tested my vehicle after the service because the problem still existed. They arranged an appointment week later to rectify the problem. I dropped my vehicle off at 730am. I didn't get a return call. I finally called the serial department around 2:00pm and after waiting at least 15 minutes on hold for the service advisor to pick up, he said he would have to speak with the technician. He finally called back saying my vehicle needed front rotors. After arriving to the dealership to get my vehicle, I was given my key fob. I looked at my vehicle closely and discovered they hadn't even taken my tires off to adequately inspect my rotors. More
