I was not impressed by Gio, he was late for my appointment, and another service advisor put my information on the computer, he did not apoogize my car radio had to be replaced and when I went to appointment, and another service advisor put my information on the computer, he did not apoogize my car radio had to be replaced and when I went to pick up my keys, he was busy did not excuse himself and again another person helped me get the keys, so I had to make another appoijtment, I waited for him to let me know when the radio came in and he never called, the dealership called me to see if I wanted to trade in my car which was more important. I finally received an automated text that my radio came in. Made an appointment, and Gio acted like he did not want to be there! Did not remember my situation and never told me there was a deductable. Was not pleased with his service at all.! Bad customer service. More
