I noticed shady practices from the original price negotiate to the service dept. if I wasn’t aware I would have overplayed by 10k. It was wild honestly. I was promised gift cards and still have not r negotiate to the service dept. if I wasn’t aware I would have overplayed by 10k. It was wild honestly. I was promised gift cards and still have not received them. The service dept did not do a thorough job of diagnostics but it took 3 hours. Not recommending anyone here More

Overall experience I did not leave entirely satisfied, not only does the dealer say the unlimited protection is apart of the "sale price" it isn't, they add an additional 1900 to the price to "add their p not only does the dealer say the unlimited protection is apart of the "sale price" it isn't, they add an additional 1900 to the price to "add their protection" which to me doesnt seem to do anything beneficial. Dealer also says it omits mistakes on post but 3 mistakes, car did not come with a back up camera, Bluetooth, nor vanity mirror with light. When I picked up the car the following day I wasted an hour to get it, which could have been done the day before, thus making me late to work. And front desk does not greet at all. I stood at the desk for 2 minutes waiting for the receptionist to look up from her phone, but she did not so I interjected myself so she was aware I was there. This happened not once but twice. More
