I have come back every 5,000 miles because you at Toyota keep my RAV4 running without incident. Mike always has the car serviced in a timely manner - I bring a book and like your coffee and waiting area. keep my RAV4 running without incident. The service advisors are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Giselle was fantastic. A great ambassador for the business. But the actual service techs concern me. Their work lacks attention to knowledgeable. Giselle was fantastic. A great ambassador for the business. But the actual service techs concern me. Their work lacks attention to detail. Two visits ago they told me I needed to replace my cabin and engine air filters. They were brand new, just installed them myself the day before. How many others have they done this to who didnt really need a replacement? Visit before last they said they adjusted all tire pressures to 35psi as part of routine service. Actual tire pressures were varying from 38 to 41 psi, so obviously they didn't do the work as stated. Last visit they replaced door actuator and didn't properly reassemble the door panel. Had to bring it back to have them fix it. More

The technicians needs to do a better job on retesting what he repairs. He changed the cabin filter and was not installed properly. When I turned on the air, it made big noise.
