The team that helped me with my decision and purchase were all above and beyond outstanding professionals; very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. I was going to be driving 250 mi round trip to check out a Toyota that I saw on-line at WILDE, so I emailed and received a call from Matt F to ensure vehicle would be available upon my arrival. Matt kept in contact with me to keep me informed. When I arrived, Giuseppe F warmly greeted me and became my Sales Product Specialist. He was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me, answering all of my questions. Upon making the purchase of my new Toyota, I was thrilled and very excited that I was able to take delivery with in 1-2 hours. Phil L made the signing of paperwork seem effortless and quick. My first experience with the sales dept at Wilde 3 years ago was fantastic!!! Since then, I have referred my family and friends to Wilde. Also, he always takes care of us after the sale. 3 months after a purchase, I came in to talk with him. He noticed that my car was dirty and without my mentioning, he immediately had my car washed!! Ian, the sales manager, has always done a fantastic job. Always, he shows that taking care of me (the customer) is more important than just making a sale. He is one of the reasons why I keep coming back for additional car purchases. Sam, the finance officer, is always quick and professional. Guiseppi was able to find the new Sienna that we wanted in Illinois and had it brought up. It was exactly as we had requested. He was very good at explaining everything through the process of locating the vehicle and the purchase. No hassle or pressure whatsoever. Guiseppi took time to go over the vehicle with us and explain all of the newer bells and whistles. We were fans of Wilde prior to this and are even bigger fans now. The Sales Manager (Ian Johnson) was also very nice. He came over and spoke to us several times just to thank us. He also called us at home after the vehicle was delivered to us and thanked us again.
