So it was very natural for me to head there when I made the decision to buy a new car this week. I thought I wanted a Forester, but wasn't sure. Glen Dalton was fabulous to work with; I couldn't have had a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the various models I could choose from. He talked me through everything clearly and carefully, including financing options. He was very, very courteous and struck me as squeaky clean. Never was there any pressure. The negotiations went smoothly and satisfactorily. I did decide to buy a Forester and absolutely love it. I hoped to take it home with me that day, and Glen made it happen in a matter of hours. He even recommended a place to go for lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed, and then he brought the car down to the restaurant! What service! Glen and the dealership made everything easy from start to finish—handling registration, inspection, etc etc. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Finally, it's worth noting that Glen has been at Cityside for a decade. In an industry where car salesmen come and go, that speaks very well of both Glen and Cityside. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car I liked (the Crosstrek), and about how it compares both to other Subarus and to other makes so that I felt confident Crosstrek's a good choice for me. He was friendly and low pressure, asked good questions, able to give me several options. I have several friends who drive Subarus and who suggested Cityside, and now I will, too. It was a good experience, and I love my car. I'll definitely stick with Cityside, and I'll look forward to working with Glen again. More
