The ONLY Toyota to go to in Louisville, KY If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere. More

From the moment my dad and I walked into the show room until the moment I drove off the lot, even after that, Glen really took care of us and took the time to show us and reassure us of our potential purchase. He had great follow up and was always easy to get ahold of. Response time was spot on and we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind, and not just worried about making a sale. We felt like he honestly wanted to help us and would do everything he could to help work with our budget. He has truly gone above and beyond and I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go see him! Its on Dixie but its totally worth the drive. haha We also briefly worked with Dean in finance and he was great as well. Took the time to explain aspects I didn't understand clearly and was very easy to work with. Again, we felt like he really wanted to help us and had our best interest in mind. Didn't push any un-needed upgrades or amenities that I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Overall the service we received here was outstanding and I felt totally comfortable there. Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. We contacted Glen and he was able to find the exact vehicle we had and get us another one on the lot immediately. The second process was just as smooth if not better than the first one considering we did not expect to be doing this again so soon.
