The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. Tim Patillo was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in Georgia and found my "new" car through CARFAX at Toyota of Louisville. He was able to coordinate with his finance team over the phone, and within hours we completed the terms and had a deal. I flew up a couple of days later. Tim picked me up a the airport, did a simple short test drive, and i was able to sit down to complete the paperwork. I also want to compliment the the whole finance team. I am very pleased that they were able to provide very competitive rates. Again, the whole transaction was completed very quickly, and I was on the road back home (after a great lunch at one of their recommended restaurants). Some fInal thoughts, I've purchased a number of cars in the past from a number of dealerships all over the country. Toyota of Louisville is very special. This might not make sense until you visit, but I really enjoyed talking to everyone there. We have a shared set of values which made working together so much simpler. My mom was in the market for anew Toyota Camry and happened to get matched with Tim as her salesperson. He listened to what she was looking for and determined the best model based on her needs. He was able to locate the car and have it in Louisville within the week and there were no surprises when we got there to finalize the sale. He was very patient with her while explaining the new features and getting her set up with the Toyota app and cell phone features. We also worked with Bob on the finance side who was equally as pleasant to work with. Overall so impressed with the entire experience and level of customer service we were given! I'm a Jeep driver but next time I might be swayed toward a Toyota :) More
