We recently bought our Audi from here. The sales person was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance manager was very shady and untruthful. When we went to purchase the vehicle we already had our financing set up with a credit union. We had a check in hand. The finance manager said they had to run our credit again because it was required by Pennsylvania. (We later found out that is not true) They had financing that came back higher than what we were already approved for through our credit union. I said we want to stay with our original financing. The finance manager then told us that if we went with our own financing we would not be able to take the car home because they don’t accept the check we had from the credit union. (We have used these types of checks multiple times before and had no issues with this) He was just ensuring that we had to use financing that was set up by him. I absolutely love the car I bought and I would 100% buy from our salesman again but I would absolutely not go through this finance manger. More
