Great Service, Friendly people, the communication was great, they serviced my Buick quick, but not Happy with the brand. Last Buick people I wish the build a better vehicle . Unable to contact the service rep for updates. The link sent to my phone did not change from the first time I saw it. I needed an oil change and was receiving a service Traction Control and Service Stabil sent to my phone did not change from the first time I saw it. I needed an oil change and was receiving a service Traction Control and Service Stabil Trak message. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $95. The rep said they had to do a diagnostic as it could be a number of things. Once I returned home I Googled the message I received and the response I received was that it was a sensor in the wheel well that needed to be serviced or replaced. At 12:45 pm I spoke to Glenn who advised that I needed front and rear axles. The seat belt indicator was on the last time I brought the car in and I was told it would be $250 to repair, was now $1695 to repair. I called the rep over and over and never could get in touch with him. He never advised that my car was ready for pick up. He called me back at 3:55 pm stating the service dept was closing in 5 minutes and I would have to pick up my car Monday morning. When I dropped my car off that morning at 8 am he never told me what time they closed. Called him back and still could not reach him. Spoke to a Guest Service Manager, Ashley? She told med the Service Dept was closed, but she assisted in She arranged for me to pick up my car, stated it would be parked outside of the Service Building. I arrived and paid for the services. Went to get my car and it was located in a locked gate area. Had to go back to the desk and get someone to retrieve the car and bring it to an area where I could access it. The most frustrating experience I've had in a long time. More
